3. Propriété intellectuelle

L'ensemble du contenu de l'application Fidbee (textes, graphiques, logos, logiciels, bases de données, etc.) est la propriété exclusive de FIDBEE SRL ou fait l'objet d'une licence accordée à FIDBEE SRL.

Toute reproduction, représentation, modification, publication, adaptation ou exploitation, totale ou partielle, par quelque procédé que ce soit et sur quelque support que ce soit, est interdite sans l'autorisation écrite préalable de FIDBEE SRL, sous peine de poursuites judiciaires.

4. Limitation de responsabilité

FIDBEE SRL s'efforce d'assurer l'exactitude et la mise à jour des informations diffusées sur son application. Cependant, FIDBEE SRL ne peut garantir l'exactitude, la précision ou l'exhaustivité des informations mises à disposition.

FIDBEE SRL décline toute responsabilité pour tout dommage résultant d'une intrusion frauduleuse d'un tiers ayant entraîné une modification des informations, ou d'une indisponibilité temporaire de l'application.

Les conditions de responsabilité applicables à la fourniture des Services sont détaillées à l'article 9 des Conditions Générales d'Utilisation.

3. Intellectuele eigendom

De volledige inhoud van de applicatie Fidbee (teksten, afbeeldingen, logo's, software, databanken enz.) is de exclusieve eigendom van FIDBEE SRL of maakt het voorwerp uit van een licentie die aan FIDBEE SRL is verleend.

Elke volledige of gedeeltelijke reproductie, weergave, wijziging, publicatie, aanpassing of exploitatie, op welke wijze en op welke drager ook, is verboden zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van FIDBEE SRL, op straffe van gerechtelijke vervolging.

4. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

FIDBEE SRL spant zich in om de juistheid en de actualiteit van de informatie in haar applicatie te verzekeren. FIDBEE SRL kan echter de juistheid, de nauwkeurigheid of de volledigheid van de ter beschikking gestelde informatie niet waarborgen.

FIDBEE SRL wijst elke aansprakelijkheid af voor schade die voortvloeit uit een frauduleuze inbraak door een derde die heeft geleid tot een wijziging van de informatie, of uit een tijdelijke onbeschikbaarheid van de applicatie.

De aansprakelijkheidsvoorwaarden die van toepassing zijn op de levering van de Diensten worden nader omschreven in artikel 9 van de Algemene Gebruiksvoorwaarden.

3. Intellectual property

All content of the Fidbee application (texts, graphics, logos, software, databases, etc.) is the exclusive property of FIDBEE SRL or is the subject of a licence granted to FIDBEE SRL.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of FIDBEE SRL, failing which legal proceedings may be brought.

4. Limitation of liability

FIDBEE SRL endeavours to ensure that the information published on its application is accurate and up to date. However, FIDBEE SRL cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available.

FIDBEE SRL accepts no liability for any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion by a third party that has led to a modification of the information, or from a temporary unavailability of the application.

The liability terms applicable to the provision of the Services are detailed in Article 9 of the General Terms of Use.
